Plus the campaign in Battlefront 2 isn't very good so don't sweat it if you haven't been able to finish it. Personal preference is going to important too obviously, but I really like the CR2.

Don't listen to the angry, entitled internet people: the whole point of the movie is to challenge what Star Wars means, it's the major theme of the film. The general consensus is the CR2 for assault, the 3rd or 4th unlocks for heavy, the auto pistol for officer, and the Rogue One rifle for specialist.
